When you’re looking around on a website and have a question about a product, what do you need? Customer service.

When you want to know some more about something you want to buy, where do you look? The customer service button.

Something that is totally critical to running a high quality website with great products for sale is customer service.

Whenever I encounter great customer service on a website that I like to shop on, I find that even if I don’t buy something that time, I would rather go back when I have something else they could supply to my instead of going towards a different site.

Customer service is something that is underrated on websites today, but that doesn’t make it any less important what so ever.

When a website offers good customer service it makes customers want to come back time after time and get a taste of that good service any time they can. Websites that forget to keep their customer service afloat will definitely lack in customer purchases because of it.

People want to feel like they’re being taken care of, and the best way to do that is through customer service.

We are not nerds and while we occasionally understand a small part of what the founders and technical guys are talking about (mostly they explain stuff in terms of cakes and pies), we are all Internet users. We thought it would be fun to share some of our own ideas and views amongst the more technical stuff the boys are going to put up here.
